Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Seen Kuwait app and the seenkw.com website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seen Kuwait (age policy version 13-plus-v1). If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account. Tell us promptly at support@seenkw.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Harass, threaten, or post hateful content about anyone.
• Share another person's private information, including their exact location, without permission.
• Post spam or scams, impersonate others, or mislead people about a place or an offer.
• Upload malware, scrape the service, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it.
• Use the service to harm minors in any way.

You keep ownership of the content you create — your visits, posts, stories, comments, and media.

To run and show the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your content to the audience you selected, and to make the technical copies needed to operate, back up, and moderate the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept in backups or where the law requires retention.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.

The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. You agree to follow them.

Location features are optional and controlled by you. Exploration depends on your device's location services and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Do not rely on Seen Kuwait for emergency or safety-critical navigation.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. App distribution and any purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We provide Seen Kuwait as-is and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Seen Kuwait is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms. We will revise the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
